All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
Membership credits are redeemable toward all available services, subject to provider discretion and availability.
Unused monthly credits roll over for 60 days while the membership remains active; expired or forfeited credits have no cash value.
Membership does not guarantee access to medical services or specific providers.
Medical treatments (including injectables, IVs, and skin procedures) require a provider evaluation and are subject to medical clearance and approval.
All services are subject to availability, clinical appropriateness, and scheduling capacity.
Zenova Med Spa shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, staffing issues, emergencies, or force majeure events.
Member agrees to hold Zenova Med Spa harmless for any such interruptions.
