Membership Terms
- Zenova Med Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminated the membership program and its benefits at any time with prior written notice.
- 3-month minimum commitment required.
- Unused credits roll over for up to 120 days while membership remains active; expired or forfeited credits have no cash value.
- Membership discounts apply only while the membership is active and in good standing.
- Membership discount cannot be combined with other special offers or packages.
- Credits and discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable.
- All services subject to availability and scheduling capacity.
- Medical services require provider evaluation and clinical approval.
- Zenova Med Spa shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, staffing issues, emergencies, or force majeure events. Member agrees to hold Zenova Med Spa harmless for any such interruptions.

Prices, discounts, and program benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of Zenova Med Spa.
- All memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment.
- Membership credits are redeemable toward all available services, subject to provider discretion and availability.
- Unused monthly credits roll over for 60 days while the membership remains active; expired or forfeited credits have no cash value.
- Membership does not guarantee access to medical services or specific providers.
- Medical treatments (including injectables, IVs, and skin procedures) require a provider evaluation and are subject to medical clearance and approval.
- All services are subject to availability, clinical appropriateness, and scheduling capacity.
- Zenova Med Spa shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, staffing issues, emergencies, or force majeure events.
- Member agrees to hold Zenova Med Spa harmless for any such interruptions.
