Zenova Med Spa’s Package Policy

Zenova Med Spa periodically offers prepaid treatment packages, discounted service bundles, promotional packages, and limited-time specials. By purchasing or using a package, you agree to the terms of this Treatment Package Policy.
 

Package Terms

The specific services, treatment areas, number of sessions, purchase price, promotional benefits, and completion deadline for each package will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all package treatments must be completed within 12 months of the purchase date.
Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments early enough to complete all treatments before the applicable package completion date. Appointment availability is not guaranteed, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or appointments with a particular provider.
 

Promotional Pricing

Package pricing may reflect a discount offered in exchange for purchasing multiple treatments and completing them within the stated package period.
After the package completion date, the client may no longer be entitled to the original promotional pricing.
To the extent permitted by law, any remaining amount actually paid may be retained as an account credit and applied toward eligible Zenova Med Spa services at then-current regular prices.
When calculating any remaining account credit, treatments already received may be valued at the regular retail price in effect when the package was purchased. The value of completed treatments will be deducted from the total amount paid.
Complimentary treatments, promotional bonuses, free add-ons, percentage discounts, rewards, and other promotional incentives have no cash value and expire according to the terms of the applicable promotion.
 

Medical Eligibility

All treatments are subject to consultation, medical evaluation, informed consent, provider approval, and continued clinical eligibility.
Purchasing a package does not guarantee that every treatment will be medically appropriate or performed.
Clients must notify Zenova Med Spa of any change in medical history, medications, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, illness, recent procedures, sun exposure, skin condition, or any other condition that may affect treatment safety or eligibility.
Zenova Med Spa may delay, modify, pause, substitute, or discontinue treatment when medically appropriate.
 

Treatment Scheduling and Intervals

Clients must follow the treatment schedule and recommended intervals provided by their Zenova Med Spa provider.
Treatment timing may vary based on medical history, treatment response, skin type, hair type, healing, sun exposure, medications, and other clinical factors.
Delays caused by scheduling conflicts, travel, missed appointments, failure to follow instructions, or failure to disclose relevant medical information do not automatically extend the package term.
 

Treatment Results

Individual results vary. Zenova Med Spa does not guarantee any specific cosmetic, clinical, or treatment result.
Additional treatments beyond those included in a package may be recommended to achieve or maintain a desired result. Any additional treatments will be charged separately.
Dissatisfaction with treatment results does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.
 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

All appointments scheduled under a package are subject to Zenova Med Spa’s cancellation and no-show policy.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, may result in the applicable cancellation or no-show fee.
Zenova Med Spa may require payment of any outstanding fees before additional package treatments are scheduled or performed.
Unless expressly stated in a particular promotion, a missed appointment will not automatically result in the loss of an unused package treatment.
 

Refunds

Package purchases are generally final and nonrefundable.
A refund or account adjustment may be considered only when:
  • A Zenova Med Spa medical provider determines that the client is permanently medically ineligible to receive the purchased treatment;
  • Zenova Med Spa permanently discontinues the purchased service and cannot offer a reasonably comparable alternative; or
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
 

If a refund is approved after one or more treatments have been performed, completed treatments may be recalculated at their regular, nonpromotional retail prices.

The approved refund, if any, may be reduced by:

  • The regular retail value of treatments already received;
  • The value of products already received or opened;
  • Promotional benefits already used;
  • Financing adjustments;
  • Nonrefundable third-party fees, when legally permitted; and
  • Other amounts owed by the client.
Relocation, scheduling conflicts, financial hardship, a change of mind, change in personal preference, failure to complete treatments, failure to follow treatment instructions, or dissatisfaction with results do not automatically qualify a client for a refund.

Temporary Medical Restrictions

Pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication changes, illness, sun exposure, or another temporary contraindication does not automatically qualify a client for a refund.
Zenova Med Spa may pause the package or approve a reasonable extension when medically appropriate.
Supporting documentation may be required. Any extension must be approved in writing.
 

Package Extensions

Package extensions are not guaranteed.
Zenova Med Spa may approve a one-time extension in limited circumstances, including documented medical restrictions, pregnancy, military deployment, serious illness, or another significant hardship.
Extension requests should be submitted before the package expiration date whenever reasonably possible.
An extension of a paid treatment package does not automatically extend complimentary services, promotional bonuses, free treatments, or free add-ons.
 

Transfers and Sharing

Packages are assigned to the client who purchased them and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, exchanged, or shared with another person without prior written approval from Zenova Med Spa.
Injectable treatments, prescription products, prepaid injectable units, individualized medical treatments, and treatments requiring a medical treatment plan are strictly nontransferable.
 

Substitutions and Upgrades

Unused package treatments may not be redeemed for cash.
At Zenova Med Spa’s discretion, the remaining paid value of a package may be applied toward another eligible service.
Any substitution or upgrade:
  • Must be approved in advance;
  • Is subject to medical eligibility;
  • Will be based on the amount actually paid rather than the advertised retail value;
  • Will be priced at Zenova Med Spa’s current rates; and
  • May require payment of any price difference.
Complimentary treatments, promotional bonuses, free services, and free add-ons may not be exchanged or applied toward another service.
 

Providers, Products, and Equipment

Zenova Med Spa does not guarantee the continued availability of a particular provider, device, product brand, treatment technique, treatment protocol, or appointment time.
Zenova Med Spa may assign another qualified provider, modify treatment protocols, replace products or equipment, or offer a clinically comparable treatment when reasonably necessary.
Any substitute treatment remains subject to medical eligibility and client consent.
 

Financing and Third-Party Payment Plans

Packages purchased through Cherry, CareCredit, or another third-party financing provider are also subject to the financing provider’s separate terms and conditions.
Clients remain responsible for payments owed to the financing provider unless and until a refund or adjustment is approved and processed.
Zenova Med Spa does not control third-party interest charges, financing fees, processing times, lending decisions, payment obligations, or account requirements.
 

Gift Cards

Treatment packages are different from Zenova Med Spa gift cards or gift certificates.
Gift cards and gift certificates may be governed by separate terms and applicable law.
Complimentary services, promotional bonuses, rewards, discounts, free treatments, and promotional credits are not purchased gift cards and may expire according to the terms of the applicable promotion.
 

Combining Promotions

Unless expressly stated otherwise, packages:
  • Cannot be combined with another promotion, coupon, membership discount, special, or discounted pricing;
  • Cannot be applied retroactively to a previous purchase or completed service;
  • Have no cash redemption value;
  • Are limited to the services and treatment areas identified at purchase;
  • May be limited to one purchase per person;
  • May be limited to new clients or clients new to a particular service; and
  • Remain subject to appointment availability and medical eligibility.
 

Products Included in Packages

Skincare products and retail items included in a package are considered received once dispensed to the client.
Opened, used, or dispensed products are not returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law.
Unused complimentary products and product credits expire according to the applicable promotion terms.
 

Package Balances

Each completed treatment will be deducted from the client’s package balance.
Clients are responsible for reviewing receipts, account records, and remaining package balances and promptly notifying Zenova Med Spa of any suspected error.
 

Policy Exceptions

Any exception, extension, transfer, substitution, refund, or modification must be approved in writing by authorized Zenova Med Spa management.
Verbal statements by employees, providers, representatives, or sales personnel do not modify this policy.
 

Changes to This Policy

The policy in effect on the package purchase date will generally govern that purchase.
Zenova Med Spa may update this policy prospectively at any time, subject to applicable law.
